Daniel advises public and private companies, senior management, and boards of directors on a diverse range of business matters including corporate governance,  compliance, securities and capital markets issues, and Blue Sky.

Daniel's transactional work includes public and private securities offerings, tender offers and entity liquidations on behalf of both public and private companies.  He has advised companies in offerings in excess of $12 billion. Daniel has extensive experience with clients in the real estate industry and regularly counsels clients on matters that relate to director fiduciary duties, securities disclosure issues and conflicts of interest.

In addition, Daniel serves on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Wake County and the NC State University Alumni Association.
