Who should attend?
This program is designed for human resources directors, vice presidents, managers, in-house employment attorneys, and corporate controllers with human resources responsibilities.
How much does registration cost?
There is no registration fee for the Symposium, but a confirmed registration is required. Visit the Registration page for additional information.
Is there a limit to how many people can come from one company?
While there are no restrictions on attendance, we kindly request that you share the event details only with individuals who would truly benefit from this valuable information. Each person from a company must be registered to attend the Symposium.
I'm traveling from out of town, where should I stay?

How do I get to The Umstead?

Where should I park?
We will offer complimentary valet parking for this event. Additional information about parking will be sent via email prior to the Symposium.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Our Symposium will begin with coffee and morning refreshments at 8:30 a.m. The symposium will include a networking lunch starting at 11:45 a.m. Beverages will be available throughout the day.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Most dietary needs can be accommodated. Email rsvp@wardandsmith.com to make necessary arrangements.
Will you be offering any continuing education credits?
We have applied for pre-approval of CLE, HRCI, and SHRM continuing education credits. Please visit the Accreditations page for additional information.
Will the Symposium be recorded for later viewing?
The Symposium sessions will NOT be recorded for later viewing. To receive continuing education credit, you will need to attend the live program and ensure proper registration.
