Who should attend?
This program is designed for in-house and general counsel from any industry or organization of privately held businesses.
How much does registration cost?
There is no registration fee for the Seminar, but a confirmed registration is required. Visit the Registration page for additional information.
Is there a limit to how many people can come from one company?
Attendees are limited to five guests per company.
How do I get to the Umstead?

Will food and beverages be provided?
The In-House Counsel Seminar will begin with registration, networking, and breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Seminar sessions will start at 8:30 a.m., and the Seminar will conclude at 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at the Seminar.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Most dietary needs can be accommodated. Email rsvp@wardandsmith.com to make necessary arrangements.
