Who should attend?
This program is designed for in-house and general counsel from any industry or organization.
How much does registration cost?
There is no registration fee for the Seminar, but a confirmed registration is required. Visit the Registration page for additional information.
Is there a limit to how many people can come from one company?
Attendees are limited to one guest. Please email rsvp@wardandsmith.com if you would like to bring more than one guest.
What ages can come?
We love kids, but this Seminar is for adults. No childcare will be available on site.
I'm traveling from out of town, where should I stay?
Guests are responsible for making their own reservations and all costs associated with their stay at The Umstead. For more information, visit our Venue page.

The Umstead offers valet or self-parking.
Will food and beverages be provided?
The In-House Counsel Seminar will begin with registration, networking, and breakfast from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. Seminar sessions will start at 8:30 a.m., and the Seminar will conclude at 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at the Seminar.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Most dietary needs can be accommodated. Email rsvp@wardandsmith.com to make necessary arrangements.
Will you be offering any continuing education credits?
The North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Education, through its Accreditation Committee, has approved the 2022 In-House Counsel Seminar for CLE activity. Please visit the Accreditations page for additional information.
Will the Seminar be recorded for later viewing?
The Seminar sessions will not be recorded for later viewing.
