Adam Beaudoin to Present CAI-NC Webinar on Risks & Liabilities for HOAs

Headshot of Adam Beaudoin

As COVID-19 lockdown restrictions ease, many HOA boards and community managers may be weighing the risks of reopening pools, clubhouses, and other amenities.

Ward and Smith attorney Adam Beaudion, Andrew Bateman, a client executive with TriSure, and Dawn Becker-Durnin, Vice President of the Condo/HOA Division at PeopleFirst Property & Casualty Services will address some of the concerns next week during the "Reopening! Risks & Liability for Amenities & Facilities" webinar.  It's hosted by the Community Association Institute of North Carolina ("CAI-NC").

During the one-hour forum, the panelists will share insights and take questions on a wide range of issues and will even discuss some that managers and board members have never had to think about. Registered attendees will be able to submit questions in advance or during the event.

The webinar will be held on Wednesday, May 27, and will cost $30. Click here to sign-up.
