Attorney Hunter Morris Joins Wake County Estate Planning Council, Inc.

Hunter Morris, a trusts and estates attorney at Ward and Smith, has joined the Wake County Estate Planning Council, Inc.

The Wake County Estate Planning Council, Inc. is a local affiliate of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils, a national organization of professional estate planners and affiliated estate planning councils focused on maintaining strong professional and educational standards in estate planning.

The Council brings together professionals from a range of disciplines, including attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, insurance professionals, trust officers, and other estate planning professionals. Its mission is to serve the public by providing an educational forum for estate planning professionals, encouraging cooperation, and supporting the exchange of ideas related to the estate planning process.

Hunter’s involvement with the Council reflects Ward and Smith’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful estate planning, professional collaboration, and client service. Through participation in the organization, he will have opportunities to connect with other estate planning professionals, stay informed on current issues affecting clients and families, and contribute to discussions that support effective planning across Wake County and beyond.
