Attorney Brad Evans will serve as the board liaison for the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Construction Law Section.
His term ends in 2023.
The Construction Law Section is concerned with issues including public and private contracting, development, insurance and claims, mechanics’ liens and bonds, construction defects, and OSHA compliance and subcontracting. The Section also provides members with two CLEs a year in September and February, a blog, sponsors its own CLE programs, and helps mold the NCBA’s legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly and construction law forms.
