Chrystal Bradshaw Named a 2025 Susan L. French Fellow

Chrystal Bradshaw

Ward and Smith is proud to announce that Chrystal Bradshaw, the firm’s Administrative Services Manager, has been selected as a 2025 Susan L. French Fellow through the Foundation of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).

The prestigious two-year fellowship recognizes emerging leaders in the legal management profession and provides them with access to hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities. As one of three individuals selected nationwide, Chrystal will participate in a robust curriculum designed to strengthen her knowledge and expand her professional network through involvement in ALA initiatives and leadership activities.

The fellowship honors the late Susan L. French, an influential leader and past ALA President known for her commitment to professional development and mentoring future generations of legal administrators. The program continues her legacy by equipping early-career professionals with the tools and connections they need to thrive.

Chrystal is based in Ward and Smith's Wilmington office and plays an essential role in managing office operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services across all five of the firm’s offices. She also manages large-scale firm projects, navigates workflow issues, and negotiates vendor contracts for the firm.
