Join Assistant Pitt County Manager James Rhodes as he shares updates about Envision Pitt County 2045  – a comprehensive plan that will bring robust economic development while preserving natural and cultural assets to promote sustainable growth. This plan is an update to the 2030 Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted in 2011.
