Nominations are now open for the 2023 Mid-Market Fast 40 program. This annual event recognizes companies that demonstrate exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, innovative business strategies, and outstanding revenue growth. As part of our commitment to honoring these pace-setting businesses, we have partnered with esteemed organizations, including Business North Carolina, Cherry Bekaert LLP, and Regions Bank.

Who is Eligible?

To be eligible, a company must:

Be headquartered in North Carolina
Be a commercial enterprise, not a nonprofit
Be either privately owned or publicly traded
Have net annual revenue in the range of $10 million to $500 million
Demonstrate sustained revenue and employment growth over the past three years

The selection committee will evaluate all interested applicants and contact the finalists to schedule brief appointments to validate the submitted information and interview an executive for the related article. All reported revenue and employment figures are verified by the independent accounting firm of Cherry Bekaert and are held in strict confidence subject to a standard confidentiality agreement and privacy policy.
