The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) has named personal injury attorney Lynwood Evans as a Fellow of this invitation-only honorary society.
Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers, judges, and scholars. Attorneys are selected after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, trial work, and ethical reputation.
Lynwood leads Ward and Smith's Litigation practice. His background encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Additionally, he had extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and mediations, as well as, arbitrations, appeals, and cases tried to jury verdict. Lynwood also counsels individuals and businesses who are currently involved or could potentially become involved in litigation.
Lynwood's dedication and work ethic continue to earn him recognition from his peers and clients. He has been consistently named a "Super Lawyer for North Carolina" by Super Lawyers and was selected for the 2019 edition of Best Lawyers.
