Madison Waller Inducted into Eastern North Carolina Inn of Court

Ward and Smith attorney Madison Waller has been inducted into the Eastern North Carolina Inn of Court.

The Inn is an association of judges, practicing lawyers, recent law school graduates, and law school students. Membership is by invitation only. The Inn’s objectives center on promoting excellence, civility, professionalism, and ethics in the legal profession and in legal advocacy. Members meet regularly throughout the year for programs focused on skills development, mentoring, and the exchange of ideas among lawyers and judges at different stages of their careers.

Madison is based in Ward and Smith’s New Bern office, where her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes. She guides clients through every stage of litigation, from fact investigation and discovery to motions practice, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeals, and she has advised multinational clients on contract and commercial issues
