WNCT recently interviewed labor and employment attorney Emily Massey for insights into an unusual scam targeting job seekers. 

The Greenville, NC-based station was made aware of scammers posing as employees and attempting to deceive victims into sending $1,000 via CashApp under the pretext of securing a job interview with the organization.
