NCBA Annual Meeting Eventful for Ward and Smith, P.A.

The Annual Meeting of the North Carolina Bar Association (“NCBA”) was held during this past weekend in Charlotte and it was a busy time for a few Ward and Smith, P.A. attorneys.  Matt Cordell and Alex Dale were elected to the Board of Governors of the NCBA at the 2016 NCBA Annual Meeting in Charlotte, NC.  Dale will serve a three-year term on the board, while Cordell will serve on the Board as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) of the North Carolina Bar Association.  Troy Smith was honored as a 2016 Recipient of the Citizens Lawyer award, which was announced earlier this year.
