Pamela J. Norley is the president of Fidelity Charitable, an independent public charity that sponsors the nation’s largest donor-advised fund program. In this role, Norley drives the organization’s core mission to grow American philanthropy by providing programs that make giving accessible, simple and effective. She also serves as a co-leader for Fidelity’s North Carolina region which includes offices in Durham and Cary and approximately 3,600 employees.
