On November 15, privately-held companies will hear from a panel of knowledgeable Triangle executives over breakfast at Election Effects: How the Outcome Impacts Your Privately-Held Company. Privately-held companies will be uniquely affected by the outcomes on a local, state, and national level. Company leaders need to position themselves and be prepared for the changes ahead. Deana Labriola, business attorney at Ward and Smith, P.A. will appear with Chris Judy, CPA, Thomas, Judy & Tucker, and Skip Woody, CEBS, Hill, Chesson & Woody to discuss what businesses can expect in the months to come. The panel has worked with event organizers to craft the program based on questions and concerns they have encountered recently. "From talking with my clients, I know there is a sense of uncertainty about the remainder of the year and what 2017 will bring." said Labriola. "I think it's important that owners have the facts, and this interactive event is a great opportunity to learn and get their questions answered."
The event is hosted by Triangle Business Journal and will be held at The Merrimon-Wynne House located at 500 North Blount Street in Raleigh. Tickets are available for purchase here. Ward and Smith is a sponsor of the event.
