Ward and Smith, P.A. is pleased to announce that Zachary F. Lamb has joined the Firm. Mr. Lamb is a trusts and estates attorney who is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. His practice experience encompasses estate planning, estate and trust administration, and multigenerational tax planning. Mr. Lamb's practice also involves assisting closely‑held business owners in various transactional matters and business succession planning. In addition, he represents individuals and organizations in tax disputes involving the Internal Revenue Service, the North Carolina Department of Revenue, and local property taxing authorities. Mr. Lamb received his Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his law degree, with high honors, from The University of North Carolina School of Law. He is working in the Firm's Asheville office.
