The Anchor Run takes place on Sunday, September 8 in Greenville, and Ward and Smith is a proud sponsor. The 4th annual event, in memory of Georgia Godwin, raises money for local charities that provide support for families battling childhood cancer. This includes Beau's Buddies Foundation, James and Connie Maynard Children's Hospital, Riley's Army, and the Ronald McDonald House of Eastern NC.
The Anchor Run features a 5k race and a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk starting at 3 p.m on September 8. Registration runs through September 6. Sign-up here.
