Come shuck some oysters for a good cause.
The Boy Scouts of America Impeesa District is holding its annual Oysters for Occoneechee Oyster Roast Thursday, October 25 at the North Hills Club in Raleigh. The fundraiser benefits the Impeesa District, which was formed in 2010 as a combination of the Falls and Baden-Powell Districts that represented more than 60 units.
If you don't like oysters, don't worry. Shrimp, fried chicken, slaw, and much more will be on the menu. Attendees will also be treated to a live acoustical concert from Bryan Berry and Kyle Elliott.
Tickets are $75 for individuals and $125 for a couple. The price of tickets will increase if you wait to buy them at the door. So, sign-up today.
