Cape Fear CREW is recognizing trailblazers in the commercial real estate industry later this month in Wilmington.
Ward and Smith is a proud sponsor of the second Annual "Awards of Excellence" on February 27 at the Wilmington Convention Center. The event honors individuals and teams in the Cape Fear region who exemplified excellence and leadership in the industry. Awards will be given in several different categories, recognizing dealmakers, interior design, those who supported career advancement for women, projects that enhanced communities and promoted economic development, and much more.
Tickets are $50 and are still available.
CREW, which stands for Commercial Real Estate Women, is a professional networking organization dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. The Cape Fear Chapter is one of many chapters throughout the United States. Its network consists of 12,000 members in more than 75 major global markets, and represents all aspects of commercial real estate, but not limited to, development, law, leasing, brokerage, property management, finance, investments, and engineering.
