Ward and Smith Sponsors the Dream of a Home Fundraiser

A home is more than four walls.

It is safety, dignity, stability, and hope. That is why Ward and Smith is proud to sponsor the Cooper Charitable Foundation’s Dream of a Home Fundraiser on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

For one evening, guests will come together for drinks, hors d’oeuvres, music, and stories of lives changed through housing support.

Since the Foundation began awarding grants in June 2024, more than 300 people have found a safe place to call home. Behind that number are real people: families moving out of uncertainty, individuals rebuilding their lives, and neighbors finally getting the chance to feel secure.

This year’s fundraiser will be held in a meaningful setting: the former home of Frank and Julia Daniels, a family known for giving back to the community. Now owned by John Cooper, founder of the Cooper Charitable Foundation, the home will once again serve as a gathering place for generosity, connection, and shared purpose.
