Zac Lamb Re-Elected to NCBA Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section Council

Trusts and estates attorney Zac Lamb has been re-elected to a three-year term on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section Council.

When this term concludes, Zac will have served a total of 12 years on the Council. 

Zac’s continued involvement reflects both his commitment to the estate planning field and the confidence his peers have in his leadership. Through his Council role, he contributes to setting professional standards and advancing education for estate planning attorneys across the state. 

A North Carolina Board-Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law, Zac assists individuals with developing comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. He also advises executors and trustees and supports closely held businesses with succession planning and transactions. 

The NCBA's Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section connects attorneys who work in estate planning and trust administration. The Section educates the public about estate-related issues while supporting its members through continuing education, online forums, networking events, ethics guidance, pro bono opportunities, and resources like the Estate Administration Manual.
