One surprising thing about me is… I grew up on a family farm, and this gave me a first-hand perspective on the importance of hard work. I am still developing my green thumb, however.
Representative Experience
- Represented a national homebuilder in North and South Carolina in the purchase of lots and raw land, managing high-volume of transactions, averaging 25-30 per month, with deal values ranging from $500 thousand to $15 million. Responsibilities included coordinating utilities and infrastructure and drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Represented a buyer in the $10 million purchase of a shopping center, coordinating with lender’s counsel to address existing leases and secure subordination to the deed of trust, while ensuring compliance with the North Carolina Dry-Cleaning Solvent Cleanup Act and other relevant regulations.
- Represented smaller local builders and developers in the purchase of real property.
