Elisa serves as the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal Supervisor, where she works closely with her team to support clients in all areas of IP, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and domain management. Known for her collaborative approach and keen attention to detail, Elisa is dedicated to delivering efficient, high-quality service and helping maintain a cohesive, client-focused team environment.

Before stepping into her current role, Elisa built a strong foundation in labor and employment law, regularly assisting attorneys with matters involving employee classification, employment discrimination, and wrongful discharge. She also played a key role in supporting the firm’s healthcare team with professional licensing issues, including credentialing, board investigations, and disciplinary proceedings.
