She is a detail-oriented, flexible, and organized HR professional who is knowledgeable in human resources policies, procedures, and law and their practical day-to-day application. Her passion and strong work ethic help her manage all HR and administrative office matters efficiently and economically. As a key member of the HR team, Jessica's emphasis is on staff recruiting and onboarding. She is also responsible for working with Firm management to coordinate performance management for attorneys and staff, market-based research analysis, employee relations, and maintaining the Firm's HRIS database.
