Jessica brings extensive experience in the legal field to her role as Director of Human Resources at Ward and Smith. She is detail-oriented, flexible, and organized, with deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law and how to apply them in day-to-day practice.

Jessica oversees the Firm’s HR team and its full range of functions, including staff recruiting and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, market-based compensation research and analysis, employee relations, HR policy development, and the Firm’s HRIS database.
