Vicki manages the firm’s E-Discovery and Litigation Support team.  She supports the firm’s litigation efforts through leveraging  the use of technology while following the guiding principles set forth by the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Ward and Smith, P.A. standards.  She is responsible for providing e-Discovery and litigation technology guidance and support to the legal team during all phases of the litigation process.  Vicki also designs, implements, and manages the firm’s e-Discovery review projects and firm-wide technical training initiatives.

She is a Certified e-Discovery Specialist, a Trial Director Certified Trainer, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a certified Litigation Support Professional.
