Ward and Smith is proud to announce that Mayukh Sircar, CIPP/US, a privacy, cybersecurity, and technology attorney with the firm, has been selected to participate in the Leadership Raleigh, a flagship program of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
Leadership Raleigh is a ten-month leadership development program that deepens participants’ understanding of the Triangle region through immersive site visits, community engagement, and collaboration across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. The program began in August 2025 and will conclude in May 2026, when Mayukh and his classmates will graduate.
Mayukh brings a strong background in helping businesses navigate complex privacy and cybersecurity issues to the program. At Ward and Smith, he advises clients on compliance programs, data protection strategies, and regulatory frameworks under laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. His participation in Leadership Raleigh reflects his dedication to community leadership and the firm’s commitment to civic engagement and professional growth.
He follows in the footsteps of several Ward and Smith alums of Leadership Raleigh, including Tyler Russell, Luke Tompkins, and Devon Williams, the firm’s Co-Managing Director, who have each contributed to the program’s tradition of cultivating strong community leaders.
