The annual community celebration and largest festival of its kind in the state will be held on April 5-9 in Wilmington. According to the event's website, festival attendees will enjoy parades, street fairs, home and garden tours, fireworks, concerts by national artists, and the coronation of a Festival Queen and Princess, and of course, azaleas in their springtime bloom.
