Isabelle Chammas Graduates from Leadership Wilmington

Ward and Smith is delighted to announce that Isabelle Chammas has recently graduated from the prestigious Leadership Wilmington program, which has been organized annually by the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce for nearly 40 years.

As part of this year’s cohort, Isabelle joined 34 fellow professionals in engaging in hands-on community immersion and leadership-development activities designed to broaden their perspectives and enhance the local community. Through workshops, seminars, and practical projects over a ten-month period, participants gained valuable insights into key issues impacting the region.

Among these initiatives was Work on Wilmington. Isabelle served as project manager, leading a team of Ward and Smith volunteers, among others, in repainting conference rooms at StepUp Wilmington.

Isabelle now joins an esteemed group of past Ward and Smith Leadership Wilmington alumni, including Chris Edwards, Allen Trask, and Jeremy Wilson. Her dedication and commitment to personal and professional growth through this program reflect Ward and Smith’s ongoing commitment to fostering leadership excellence within its team.
