On Saturday, April 20th, Ward and Smith attorneys and staff are rolling up their sleeves and getting ready to showcase their painting prowess as part of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce's Work on Wilmington initiative.

This annual, county-wide volunteer event tackles over thirty projects throughout the greater Wilmington area.

For their part, the Ward and Smith team will lend a helping hand to repaint conference rooms at StepUp Wilmington, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. StepUp Wilmington offers job training, placement, career development, and financial education, ultimately aiming to foster stability for individuals and families.

Work on Wilmington is implemented from start to finish by the Wilmington Chamber's Leadership Wilmington class members. Among them is Ward and Smtih's Isabelle Chammas, who is leading the charge as manager for the StepUp Wilmington project.
