Ward and Smith is proud to announce that attorney Mayukh Sircar has been named CLE Committee Co-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Privacy & Data Security Section.
The Section brings together attorneys and affiliated professionals with a shared interest in advancing the practice and development of privacy and data security law.
Mayukh is a Certified Information Privacy Professional–United States (CIPP/US) who advises clients across industries on privacy protection practices, compliance programs, data breach response, and vendor and contract management. He also provides guidance on navigating complex state, federal, and international laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, GLBA, CCPA, and CPRA.
This leadership role reflects both Mayukh’s depth of experience and his commitment to strengthening the privacy and data security legal community in North Carolina.
