Melissa Forshey Schwind to Share Interviewing Insights with Campbell Law 1Ls

Melissa Forshey Schwind, the firm’s Director of Attorney Talent, will participate in an upcoming Interview Skills Workshop for first-year law students at Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law on January 28.

Melissa will kick off the program by sharing practical interviewing tips and strategies tailored to law students preparing for private practice. Drawing on her experience leading attorney recruitment and professional development at Ward and Smith, she will offer guidance on preparation, professionalism, and effectively communicating skills and experience in an interview setting.

Following her presentation, Campbell Law’s Career Services team will lead the remainder of the workshop, focusing on school-specific interview processes and reinforcing key themes to help students approach interviews with confidence.
