Community associations attorneys Adam Beaudoin and Hunter Cornelius will be featured speakers at the 2025 CAI-NC Annual Conference & Expo, North Carolina’s marquee event for HOA managers, volunteer leaders, and industry partners.
The annual conference, set for August 21-22 at the Wilmington Convention Center, is officially sold out—drawing more than 650 participants from across the state.
Adam and Hunter will present one of this year’s most talked-about breakout sessions, “Fantastic Beasts and How to Handle Them: An in-depth look at animals and community association interactions.” Their presentation will explore some of the most unusual, and sometimes downright unbelievable, animal-related situations that arise in HOAs and condominium communities. This session is designed to be both lively and practical. It’s a chance for managers and board members to compare approaches, discuss best practices, and consider what could have led to less dramatic outcomes.
Stay tuned for updates from the 2025 CAI-NC Annual Conference & Expo about other topics and the agenda.
