Ward and Smith Welcomes New Litigation Attorney

Ward and Smith is pleased to announce the addition of litigator Josey L. Newman to its Greenville office.

Josey’s practice focuses on business and complex civil litigation disputes in state and federal courts. She handles a wide variety of pre-litigation and litigation matters.

“Josey’s arrival not only provides added depth of resources in key areas, but she also complements our existing strengths in litigation,” noted Brad Evans, Ward and Smith’s Co-Managing Director. “We’re delighted to welcome Josey, and look forward to her expected contributions.”

Before joining Ward and Smith, Josey was a law clerk and legal intern to the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
