While they are getting better acquainted with what it is like working in a legal environment, we are getting to know them better in our new series called Meet the Summer Associate.
Here’s Jenna Steiner in her own words:

I have had an inexplicable attraction to law since a young age, but I was repeatedly warned that if I was thinking about going to law school, I better be darn sure it is what I wanted. So, I took seven years off after my undergrad to pursue graduate studies, travel, and teach, and at the end of the seven years, I was more certain than ever that I wanted to go into law.
Honestly, I just want to be happy and healthy in five years, whatever that may look like.
I travel any chance I get, but I also like to be outdoors and hike in my free time.
I’d say I am motivated, grateful, and empathetic.
I say “pee-can,” although they aren’t something I ever ate growing up.
