Ward and Smith Welcomes Commercial Real Estate Attorney Cameron Winfrey

Cameron Winfrey has joined the Raleigh office of Ward and Smith’s Real Estate group.

He limits his practice exclusively to commercial real estate ventures and financial transactions. Cameron’s experience with retail developments, mixed-use projects, and the office and industrial sectors will be a valuable addition to the practice, according to Co-Managing Director Brad Evans.

Cameron’s experience encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate matters related to buying, selling, financing, leasing, and developing commercial properties. He also manages the loan transaction process, including reviewing due diligence material for borrowers, banks, and private lenders.

As a trusted advisor to developers and financial institutions, Cameron is well-versed in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, planning, and construction and financing of all sorts of commercial projects. He draws on his experience as general counsel to facilitate a smooth and successful transaction in the acquisitions and dispositions of domestic and international entities and real estate assets, corporate governance, and banking and financial services regulations.
