Michael P. Flanagan

Biography

Mr. Flanagan's practice experience encompasses years of representing lenders and creditors, some of which he has represented in many of the largest bankruptcy cases in North Carolina. He has coordinated statewide representation in over 2,500 consumer bankruptcy cases and has managed foreclosures in all 100 counties of North Carolina. Mr. Flanagan also has represented numerous banks in real estate, farming, and auto dealer workouts. He has been a lecturer for the North Carolina Bar Foundation, as well as numerous trade groups, and is a former director and chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Mr. Flanagan has been rated by his peers as being "preeminent" in his fields of law.
